The crew did everything from down on their knees hand cleaning the molding, scrubbing “impossible” showers and left them white! They cleaned the oven, refrigerator, all the floors, window sills. I can’t tell you how helpful the people who work for you have been. They were unfailingly competent, considerate and kind. The ones I knew best were Kat, Tierra and Vannetta, angels
one and all. Vannetta pulled a bloated tick off Sam a couple of weeks ago. I told her that was above and beyond the call of duty and she got a kick out of it. Too cute.

Yes, I am happy with the service her company provides. For starters, Karen (owner) is always very clear about schedules. If there’s a snowstorm, she immediately lets me know if there’s a schedule change. If Christmas falls on my day, she lets me know the change. Rarely, if ever, has she changed the schedule due to an unexpected issue. In other words, Karen has strong operational skills. As a business owner myself, I value working with another business owner who is organized, has good communication skills, and follows through on commitments. The cleaners like pets, so if you also have pets, it’s important that the cleaners love your pets too!
If I was ever disappointed, I would call Karen and she would take care of the issue, even if it meant she came over herself. I have friends who clean their own house because they ultimately believe they can do a better job. What they are really saying is that they go over someone else’s work with a fine-toothed comb and then find something they can pick on in order to justify cleaning their own house. Yet, they wouldn’t apply that standard to their own work. So, put another way, sure there’s something I “could” find if I really wanted to find a complaint, but I can’t be bothered. I come home to a clean house and I value that Karen’s staff takes pride in their work. Occasionally, I am home when the cleaners arrive. I find them to be warm and caring people.
It’s really difficult to find a good housecleaning service. I found Cleaning Advantage after trying a few other options. I plan to stick with them. Lisa Harvard Ma

“When my wife and I discovered that we could not find a diamond ring that we thought had been present before a cleaning, we immediately notified the Cleaning Advantage. The response we received was absolutely professional, fully cooperative, and quite sensitive to what was obviously a very distressing situation. Eventually, we were able to reconstruct events sufficiently to confirm that we had lost the ring ourselves and that there was no possibility of theft.
